Hello all Gaara loving fanatics out there!

Firstly, we have created a new folder for sketches, linearts, wips, and generally non-colored art relating to Gaara <3

We have noticed pencil sketches and doodles are some of the most frequently submitted fanart, so much so... it was beginning to swamp most of the folders.. and the colored work was becoming difficult to find.
We still accept them, but only to this folder now.

Secondly, it's come to our attention as we spent hours wading through our galleries... that a lot of you must be confused as to where to submit.

So I'd appreciate you to take time to read this, so neither of your co-founders have to spend 3 hours sorting it again

please note; we do not accept ANYTHING here without Gaara himself as the main focus.

Gender bending, group pictures, crafts relating to him, pictures focusing on "icons" associated with him is also fine, but anything not featuring him will not be accepted.
So no own characters or other canons... unless he is also in the picture.

Featured:

At the moment this folder is off-limits for members to submit to- us co-founders are currently discussing what's going on with it, but so far we both agree it should be there to showcase the best pieces in our gallery.
Previously, members appeared to be using it as a dumping-ground for things they didn't know where to put- which shouldn't be.

So stay tuned, there may be a change or update in this soon


Gaara:

This folder is for pieces of colored work which contains ONLY Gaara himself. Even if it's his older AND younger forms- this is still not a character other than Gaara, see?

Pairings:

Fairly self- explanatory I think- anything which depicts Gaara and another character in a romantic situation. This can be another male, female, oc.. whatever you like. As long as it adheres to DA's ToS And as long as the mature filter is on where needed. We ARE a pg13 rated group, guys! <3

Sand siblings:

Anything depicting Gaara and either his sister Temari or brother Kankuro or both <3

Cosplay:

For all cosplay photos of Gaara, whether alone or in a group.

Fanfiction:

ONLY WRITING, okay? D: I'm concerned by the amount of pictures I found in here, without even a fanfiction in their artist's notes >.>;
Fanfiction folder is for any pieces of writing containing Gaara as one of the main characters of the story. Remember the mature filter when needed here, as well!

Animations, stamps, avatars:

For any animations, avatars or stamps featuring Gaara.

Artisan, crafts, still life

This is for things that AREN'T quite drawings or writings. This is for plushies, models, figurines, paper children.. ect.

Shukaku:

For the one tailed bijuu Shukaku, whether stand-alone, with Gaara or for Gaara during a transformation (eg. half-shukaku, half himself)

Young Gaara

For them oh-so cute pictures of Gaara younger than his original age of 13 in the first Naruto.

Comics:

For more than one comic panel depicting a story about Gaara.
Note, this is the only folder that will ever accept something not depicting Gaara himself, but it must be from a run-on story, with Gaara shown as one of the main characters.

Kazekage:

Any picture depicting Gaara in his Kazekage robes- which isn't his armor or normal wine-color jacket, by the way

Gaara group shots:

For Gaara shown with any character not exclusively his brother or sister. For example, if you draw Gaara and a pikachu- it goes here! If you draw Gaara, Kankuro and Naruto, it goes here. Because Naruto's not related to him, even if Kankuro is.

Black and white, sketches, linearts, wips

For uncolored, linearts, sketches, ect.
